Feels like home
My wife my two children and I are one month into a two month stay at the Lanson Place while relocating to Hong Kong. Every part of our experience has been AMAZING！The moment we got out of our taxi，I knew this was to be a great stay. Having come here directly from the airport to start the mandatory quarantine period for all visitors, I didn't have any HKD to pay the taxi. Before I knew it，Jeff paid out of his own pocket and told me I could take care of it on my hotel bill...I'm sure he could sense we were exhausted and that small gesture meant a lot to us During the first two weeks when we were in quarantine，the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. They helped educate us on everything we needed to know to get settled in，order groceries, etc. They even did our laundry for us in the machines because we were not allowed to leave our room. Rachel, the head of housekeeping, could single handedly manage Buckingham Palace...that's how good she is. Her staff is equally excellent at maintaining our room and making sure we’re stocked with all the essentials. We also love Marites，who manages the lounge downstairs. She makes us feel so well taken care of that it feels like home. I could keep going with all the other team members...we've gotten to know them all by first names. We highly recommend Lanson Place and would stay here again.
The reception and housekeeping services was really great, the staff being helpful, it was a wonderful celebration trip. And room was really beautiful, I must choose this hotel again in the future!!!!!!!!
Home away from home
All the staffs are always very friendly and go the extra mile even not requested. Special worthy of mention is Marites. She is my go to whenever I’m in the lounge. She noted my habits and recommended specials.
Great service, convenient location, amazing staff
my family stayed at the hotel’s service apartment on and off for 2 years while my dad was working there. the rooms were bright and clean with a great view, and we always felt so welcome by the staff at lanson every time we came back to hong kong. the staff are very attentive, hardworking and friendly, and we became fond of many of them over the 2 years. it’s also conveniently located in causeway bay, giving you great access to hong kong island and kowloon. lanson was a great second home and we’ll definitely be staying there next time we’re back!
I stayed at Lanson Place for a total of seven nights over two weekends, as part of my exercise staycation plan. :-) it has been more than four years since I last stayed at Lanson Place Hotel and they are just as good as they used to be. The check-in and check-out have become even friendlier and the breakfast tastier. (Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, they don’t do a buffet style breakfast anymore, but the cooked-to-order breakfast items are great. The poached egg, in particular, is expertly done. :-)) The room I stayed in, a Deluxe Room (thank you for the upgrade), is well appointed, as it should be. Spacious, clean and airy, thanks to the natural day light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. I would like to commend everyone in the hotel for being courteous and friendly. Especially they have done a great job in ensuring that everyone has a safe, risk-free stay during the outbreak. Special mentions go to Tracy (serving the breakfast room) and Bess (serving the reception counter) for their good conversations, which shows that guests in the hotel are more than just a room number. A couple of suggestions for an already lovely hotel: 1. The cushions on the bed can be put on the bedside cabinet, rather than on the sofa, for obvious hygiene reason, during this challenging time. :-) 2. The gym can do with a few more heavier weight. Maybe two 26 kg and 28kg dumbbells? I look forward to staying in Lanson Place again.
