- All eligible stays must be completed by 31 March 2021 and redeemed by 30 June 2021
- Complimentary night is not available for redemption before an eligible stay has been completed
- Maximum number of complimentary night can be earned per reservation is 1
- The complimentary night is valid for up to 3 months and shall be based on the check-out date of the last eligible stay
- Guests are required to provide Hotel’s Email Confirmation Letter and Invoice of the last eligible stay in the reservation stage and upon check-in in order to redeem the complimentary night
- A maximum of 1 night can be redeemed per reservation
- The complimentary night can only be applied for the same room type as per the Email Confirmation Letter used for redemption
