I served my quaratine order at this hotel. The staff from reception, housekeeping, concierge and in-room dining service were superb! They were attentive, helpful and patient in making sure I was well taken care of during my 2-weeks quarantine in the hotel room. Preventive measures were also strictly in place so that everyone was safe. My room was spacious and clean with a good view of greenery. WiFi connectivity was good. Thanks Lanson Place!

Sweet, modern and comfortable
I had a one night staycation over the weekend. The hotel looked very nice as I walked in. The service from the reception staff was immaculate. The room was nice and cosy with a couch which I like. The bed is very comfortable I actually fell asleep very quickly.

Stayed roughly one month in one of the suites. The hotel is conveniently located, rooms are well appointed and the staff is very helpful. Was a great place to live as I transitioned to Hong Kong.

Hidden Lanson’s Gem
Lanson’s Gem It has been a hidden one for a decade with its church, so not many people know them still. But, they are indeed as good as Fleming and Rosewood with all the professional staff, that will never settle for the less. All staff just try to push the limit and hotel standard to the ceiling. Feels like home
My wife my two children and I are one month into a two month stay at the Lanson Place while relocating to Hong Kong. Every part of our experience has been AMAZING!The moment we got out of our taxi,I knew this was to be a great stay. Having come here directly from the airport to start the mandatory quarantine period for all visitors, I didn't have any HKD to pay the taxi. Before I knew it,Jeff paid out of his own pocket and told me I could take care of it on my hotel bill...I'm sure he could sense we were exhausted and that small gesture meant a lot to us During the first two weeks when we were in quarantine,the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. They helped educate us on everything we needed to know to get settled in,order groceries, etc. They even did our laundry for us in the machines because we were not allowed to leave our room. Rachel, the head of housekeeping, could single handedly manage Buckingham Palace...that's how good she is. Her staff is equally excellent at maintaining our room and making sure we’re stocked with all the essentials. We also love Marites,who manages the lounge downstairs. She makes us feel so well taken care of that it feels like home. I could keep going with all the other team members...we've gotten to know them all by first names. We highly recommend Lanson Place and would stay here again.
